The Winco TOS-4 is a small offset spatula with a 3 1/2" x 3/4" stainless steel blade. The fixed bend in the blade near the handle makes the blade itself lower (offset) relative to the handle. The offset stainless-steel blade not only adds durability, but it also increases its ease of use from transferring cookies from the cooking sheet to a cooling rack to spreading icing on cookies or cupcakes.
