The countertop steamer is made of stainless steel construction interior and exterior for long lasting durability. The boilerless steamer features solid sheathed tubular elements that is embedded in 1" thick cast aluminum as well as a bottom that is sealed to pan. The boilerless steamer has a thermal transfer compound for even heat distribution and a generator pan with stamped water level line.
