This Value Series Electric Countertop Fryer is designed specifically for small restaurants or cafeterias with limited space, able to rest easily on top of countertops as opposed to taking up valuable floor area - like traditional fryers. With a 20 lb. oil capacity, it features two tanks for efficient frying. Stainless steel construction with a protective wire grate on the bottom.
Each tank holds up to 10 lbs. of oil. A thermostat control ranges from 120°F to 375°F for effective temperature regulation.
