It can carry up to 20 full-size sheet pans (or 40 half-size sheet pans) at a time, and each slide has 3" of spacing to allow smooth loading and unloading of pans. The bun rack is constructed of corrosion-resistant, 1" extruded aluminum, resulting in a lightweight design that makes transportation simple. This bun rack is also fitted with 5" non-marking polyurethane swivel casters for enhanced maneuverability. Each corner support has been welded for added strength, as well.
