The portable bar is NSF listed for open food storage. It features a dual-sided acrylic sneeze guard to prevent cross-contamination and pathogens from coming in contact with the food. Made of BPA-free polyethylene, the salad bar assures durability. It has a scratch-resistant and easy-to-clean textured finish.
