The True TSSU-48-12-HC is a sandwich and salad prep table with two doors and 12 Cu. Ft. storage capacity. The exterior of the prep table is constructed of a durable, easy to clean stainless steel front, top and ends with a matching aluminum finished back. The interior is constructed of an attractive, NSF approved aluminum liner and a stainless steel floor with coved corners. The unit comes with a full length removable 11-3/4" deep cutting board, a refrigerated pan rail and twelve (12) clear polycarbonate insert pans with foam insulated lids. Each refrigerated section contains two adjustable, heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves. The entire cabinet structure contains high density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to ensure that a consistent temperature from 33°F to 41°F is maintained.
