The True TFP-72-30M-D-2 megatop sandwich prep table is designed to provide ample space for preparation of sandwiches and salads. This refrigerated prep unit features all stainless steel front, top and ends for added longevity and cleanability. This model has a flexible door and drawer design, with two doors and two drawers. Each door has two shelves for storage space, and each drawer accommodates 6"D food pans in full size, ninth-size or sixth-size configurations. The stainless steel, foam-insulated lid keeps pan temperatures colder, while locking in freshness. The lid is also removable for easy cleaning.
The True TFP-72-30M-D-2 sandwich prep table's mega top holds 30 sixth-size, 4"D pans (included). Each top is furnished with an 8" deep, full length removable cutting board for sanitary preparation of sandwiches and salads. An easy-to-use, solid state electronic control is accessible on the back of the unit.
