This Southbend HDO-48 gas hot plate is an eight burner flat top model. It is a 48"W model with stainless steel front and sides. Each burner is a 33,000 BTU natural (24,000 BTU LP) cast iron non-clogging burner. This unit has hi/low burner controls. A removable one piece, full width crumb tray is provided under the burners. 12" flush top grates are removable for easy cleaning. This countertop range comes with 4" adjustable stainless steel legs.
