Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf ensure durability to stand up to years of abuse. A manual gas shut-off for the entire range ensures safety for operators and 4" stainless steel front rail keeps overwhelming heat at a distance while still being able to reach to the back of the range. Full-size sheet pans fit front to back or side to side in standard oven for quickly loading, and the thermostatic controls allow snap-action temperature control. 60"Wx34"Dx59-1/2"H overall, including 6" stainless steel legs. 860 lbs.
