The slicer is belt driven and has a fully removable carriage system for improved sanitation and cleaning. A gauge-plate interlock protects the knife edge during cleaning, and a removable meat grip makes cleaning easy and ensures oversized loaves are secured. Its removable rear deflector allows quick access for thorough cleaning and requires no tools to remove.
