The fabric envelopes can remove down to 0.5 microns of food particulates, which result in increasing the life of the fryer oil by 200-400%. The filtration envelope also ensures less oil absorption into products. The envelopes help save on operating cost and makes the kitchen tasks simpler and time-saving.
