This dishwasher can clean up to 53 racks every hour and delivers results as both dishwasher and a pan washer. Each rack requires 1.36-gal water for thorough cleaning. It features a fully automatic cleaning cycle of 57 seconds (normal). BoastingSani-Sure®, Jackson's HH dishwasher ensures an appropriate temperature of 150°F for wash and 180°F for rinse. This high temperature sanitization dishwasher comes with a built-in booster heater with a rise of 70°Fto help it reach accurate rinsing temperature without the need of any electrical connection. Since all the products require different cleansing cycles, the dishwasher comes with a multi-cycle timer to adjust accordingly. To ensure quick drying and extra coverage, there is an extended high-temperature rinse of 15 seconds.
Jackson's Dishwasher features a 27"H door that allows operator to wash approximately 60 qt. mixing bowls and full-size sheet pans. The door switch ensures positive closure and keeps the dishes safe. It comes with adelime/manual washing switch to prevent condensate. The machine provides convenient operations since it has an auto-start/fill feature. There is a low water protection and hi-limit thermostat to prevent malfunction. All the controls aretop-mountedfor effortless installation of the dishwasher.
