The Hatco TQ1800H Toast-Qwik Conveyor Toaster is designed for toasting bread slices, buns, English muffins, and Texas toast. The unit features a conveyer mechanism that helps regulate the color and texture of the bread. The infinite controls make it easy to adjust the color and texture of the product by regulating the top and bottom heat sources. Both sets of elements on the device have reflectors on them to ensure better energy efficiency and provide even color while toasting. For precise adjustment in conveyor speed and temperature, the unit has the ColorGuard sensing system installed in it.

Hatco TQ1800H has a probe near the opening that monitors the temperature to help the system sense any drop in the cabin temperature. On sensing any drops in temperature, the system automatically reduces the conveyor speed to ensure consistent quality for toasting. Hatco TQ1800H has the capacity of toasting up to 1200 bread slices per hour on the highest setting. The durable structure and high-efficient mechanism make the unit suitable for breakfast buffets and bakeries. The easy-to-load rack offers the front and rear discharge options.
