Sterilize kitchen knives or face masks quickly and easily with the Edlund KSUV-18 Helios™ electric knife/mask sterilizer. This sterilizer cabinet can hold approximately (12) knives and (1) sharpening steel in the non-UV filter holders. The cabinet also has two (2) larger slots to accommodating cleavers. It can deliver up to 99% effective results in as little as 3 minutes. During the sterilization process, UV-filtered plexiglass door is properly sealed using the safety interlock. The door has a lock and key handle. There is an LED light indicator to inform the user when the door is closed, and sterilization process is in progress. The unit can be set for up to 15 minutes with its mechanical belled timer for user-friendly operation.
