The Duke 576 is a spillage pan designed for hot food tables in commercial foodservice establishments. The pan fits in Thurmaduke™ units with blanked-out top openings or Aerohot food warmers. This water pan protects gas burners or electric elements from spills. The unit can be filled with water to create wet heat for an even heating pattern. This makes it an ideal unit to store roasted garlic and herb potatoes, winter stews and vegetables in a buffet. The spillage pan is made of aluminum for heavy-duty use, corrosion resistance, and easy maintenance. It features a lip around the edges to allow safe transportation with reduced risk of accidental drips. The unit is freezer- and oven- safe.
