The Convotherm C4 ET 6.20GB is a Gas combi oven made of stainless steel construction. The oven has three operating modes: steam, combi-steam, and hot air with extra functions including Crisp&Tasty, HumidityPro, and Controllable fan. Holds (6) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (12) 12" x 20" x 2.5" steam table pans. 7 slide rails. EasyTouch model features a 9" full touch screen. The steamer model is steam generated by high performance boiler outside the cooking chamber. Right hinged door with door handle that features a safety latch and slam function. Multi-point core temperature probe to ensure safe food temperatures as well as preheat and cool down functionality to increase efficiency. The oven also features fully-automatic cleaning with regular and express modes with optional single dose dispensing. Data storage for HACCP and pasteurization figures. USB port integrated in control panel. Requires 2" clearance on each side. Available in LP or Natural gas. 44-1/16" W x 39-1/16" D x 27" H.
