The Convotherm C4 ET 10.20GB is a gas combi oven made with stainless steel construction. The oven has three operating modes: steam, combi-steam, and hot air with extra functions including Crisp&Tasty, HumidityPro, and Controllable fan. Holds (10) 18"x26" sheet pans or (2) 12" x20" x2.5" steam table pans. EasyTouch techology features a 9" full touch screen, automatic cooking with quick select buttons, and 339 cooking profiles each containing up to 20 steps. Multi-point core temperature probe to ensure safe food temperatures as well as preheat and cool down functionality to increase efficiency. The oven also features fully-automatic cleaning with regular and express modes and optional single dose dispensing. Data storage for HACCP and pasteurization figures.
