The Convotherm C4 ED 6.20GS is a Gas combi oven made of stainless steel construction. The oven has three operating modes: steam, combi-steam, and hot air with extra functions including Crisp&Tasty, HumidityPro, and Controllable fan. Holds (6) 18" x 26" ? sheet pans or (12) 12" x 20" x 2.5" steam table pans. 7 slide rails. EasyDial technology allows all functions to be set in one operating level. Boilerless model with steam generated by induction water into the cooking chamber. Right hinged door with door handle that features a safety latch and slam function. Multi-point core temperature probe to ensure safe food temperatures as well as preheat and cool down functionality to increase efficiency. The oven also features semi-automatic cleaning.
