Central Exclusive White Melamine Adapter Bar - 20 7/8"L x 2"W

The long white adapter bar is made of durable melamine. Use with melamine food pans, tiles and template systems to help prevent cold air from escaping. This allows operators to use smaller melamine pans with out a template. The longer 2" wide adapter bar fits lengthwise from front to back.
