The Carlisle 1023507 Half Size Drain Grate is made for keeping food dry during storage. It is made of Polycarbonate for durability. This grate resists food acids and oils to prevent staining. Ideal for use in chilled/frozen storage and non high temperature holding applications. Polycarbonate (PC) is resistant to staining, breaking and chipping, but is sometimes weakened by repeated cycles in a dishwasher and stress cracks are one of the indicators of this.
