This Baxter OV310E is an electric, mini rotating rack oven. The oven operates on 208V and requires a 1/2" NPT water connect point with the proper water hardness. Made to last with stainless steel construction, the oven has a footprint of 48"Wx38.1"D. Rotating interior rack features 8 pans with end load and 4" slide spacing. The interior rack is easily removable for cleaning and routine maintenance to keep the oven performing at its best.
