The commercial griddle boasts a low-profile, fully welded stainless steel and aluminized steel body frame for enhanced durability. The griddle has a 1” thick polished steel griddle plate and four U-shaped aluminized steel burners. Each burner has a 25,000 BTU output for plenty of power, and a snap action thermostat offers adjustable temperatures from 200° to 450°F. This gas griddle also comes with tapered side splashes and a stainless steel grease trough to make cleanup easier.
