The Kratos 67K-037 70" Three-Door Mega Top Refrigerated Sandwich Prep Table has a generous 30-pan capacity, allowing you to organize a variety of different fresh ingredients. This sandwich prep table has an insulated body and lid to keep the interior between 33°F and 40°F, and a digital thermometer allows users to monitor the temperature with ease. The commercial prep table has three self-closing doors with magnetic gaskets, as well as a full-length removable cutting board that gives you more space to prep ingredients.
