Cold cuts, cheese, produce, and condiments can all fit within the table's refrigerated compartment, and you can adjust the height of its two interior shelves to create even more room for storage. This prep table features two insulated, self-closing doors that are designed to prevent cold air from escaping and to improve energy efficiency. The doors also feature durable recessed handles that withstand constant opening, and an auto-stop feature keeps the doors open for ease of loading and unloading when they're swung out to a 90-degree angle. The Bison BST-60 prep table is constructed of 430 stainless steel to provide enhanced strength, easy cleaning and disinfecting, and a modern look. It comes with four pre-installed casters so the unit can be moved for cleaning or maintenance.
