This medium-duty slicer features a 13" chrome-plated carbon steel knife to easily cut through a variety of meats and cheeses. A full 45° angled product table requires less mechanical pressure to operate, allowing for smoother cuts and less stress on the user during high-volume hours.
The Hobart Centerline EDGE13A Edge Series Automatic 13" Gravity Feed Slicer is exceptionally simple to clean and maintain, as well. The slicer is belt driven and has a fully removable carriage system for improved sanitation and cleaning. A gauge-plate interlock protects the knife edge during cleaning, and a removable meat grip makes cleaning easy and ensures oversized loaves are secured. Its removable rear deflector allows quick access for thorough cleaning and requires no tools to remove.
