The Vulcan VC4GD is a Single Stack, Standard Depth Gas Convection Oven. Stainless steel front, sides and top with a porcelain enamel on steel oven interior. The oven's unique heat recovery system recirculates heated air, saving energy and reducing opening costs. 50/50 independent stainless steel doors with double pane windows open a full 180° for easy access. Interior light and oven cool switch for rapid cool down. Electronic spark ignition. 50,000 BTU per oven.
