The pan is made from 14 gauge hard coat anodized aluminum that is finished with LlydPans Pre-seasoned Tuff-Kote. This seasioning is their exclusive, permanent release coating that does not chip or flake off. Best of all, no further seasoning is required (or recommended)! The deep dish pizza pans nest inside each other requiring less storage space when empty. 14" diameter and 11/2" deep.
