This rack holds up to 16 full-size 18"x26" sheet pans, and it's especially handy for using with reach-in refrigerators and freezers. It's constructed of 18-gauge aluminum with 3" spacing between the slides. Plus, the pan rack is easy to assemble (directions included). Use of a Reach-In rack can impact the overall cooling of your refrigeration unit by restricting airflow. Be mindful when adding sheet pans inside the refrigerator. It's best to add pans from bottom up when loading.
