The Kitchenaid KHBC418OB immersion blender has a variable one speed motor for a variety of projects. This commercial immersion blender has a 9000 RPM low speed for smooth stirring and blending. Use the 18000 RPM for pureeing, whipping and emulsifying. The 12 inch attachements, and other attachments, are blending arms (dishwasher safe).
