The Globe SG13 is an enhanced manual premium slicer featuring a 13" German steel knife with hardened edge to provide quality slices and higher yield. The heavy-duty slicer boasts anodized aluminum construction for quick and easy cleaning as well as a 1/2 HP continuous use motor. The S13 has a top mounted, removable sharpening system that utilizes long-lasting synthetic diamond surfaces for quick and easy sharpening and cleaning. Tilting carriage accommodates up to 13.75"H, 8" dia., 11"W and slices up to 11/8" thick! Enhanced model includes Home Start, adjustable timer, close to stop, carriage tilt interlock and clear text LCD display. Belt driven. Manual operation. A four hour cleaning timer offers innovation to your sanitation practices. From the first slice, a countdown timer is activated to notify the operator when it's time to clean the slicer. Alerts appear after 3 hours 30 minutes and 3 hours 45 minutes of use.
