Gripping teeth on the underside of the end weight provides stability when slicing taller product. The pyramid-shaped end weight teeth allow for optimal hold during slicing. This slicer comes with a 1/2 HP knife motor with overload protection for safe operation. An easy-to-clean on/off switch is moisture proof to help reduce bacteria growth. Splash zones on this slicer are also sealed for added protection of electronics and prevention of growth of bacteria. A 35° angled food chute provides ergonomic movement and slicing.Product Features:
