Gas Fully-Jacketed Kettle, 40 Gallon

This Vulcan GS40ES Fully-Jacketed Gas Kettle is meant to increase production capabilities in commercial kitchens, save energy and labor. The unit offers a heating power of 135,000 BTU and has a 40-gallons capacity of natural gas or LP. Users can prepare large batches of signature soups, pasta, stews in this kettle. Its fully-jacketed design offers outstanding amount of heat transfer surface area, allowing the unit to heat-up faster. This fast cooking kettle uses lesser energy than other branded kettles while its spring-assist hinged cover is designed to minimize evaporation for maximum heat retention.

There is a drop-down lift handle which makes it easy for the users to open and close the lid for easy access to the contents. Vulcan GS40ES is fitted with user-friendly thermostatic controls that allow users to simmer, warm, or boil their food items. A low water cut-off and pressure limit switch helps make the kettle safe to use. The entire structure is constructed using the durable and corrosion-resistant 304 Type stainless steel that can be easily cleaned. For ease of maintenance, the kettle has a slopped bottom which directs the products to a 2" draw-off valve with a strainer.

The unit is fitted with durable and corrosion-resistant stainless steel legs with flanged feet that offer maximum stability. There is a natural gas connection installed at the back for a safe and effective fuel supply. It requires a 120V electrical connection to function effectively.
