Specifically designed for usage in commercial kitchens, school cafeterias, and healthcare facilities, the Vulcan C24GA10-PS Convection Steamer with PowerSteam makes cooking easier for users. Running on Natural or Liquid Propane gas (select gas type from the drop down menu), the steamer has a cabinet base with a 6-pan capacity and two independently-controlled compartments. Only one compartment needs to be powered during down-time which allows efficient and cost-effective operation. Users can flexibly steam different foods at the same time without worrying about the flavor getting transferred to the other compartment. The unit offers 125,000 BTU of heating power and has a stainless steel steam generator with staged water fill.

The professional controls on Vulcan C24GA10-PS are user-friendly. The oven also features a Superheated steam system that helps in increasing the cooking energy by 10%, aiding faster cooking and recovery. Also, there is an on/off switch, a 60-minute timer with constant steam feature and a ready-and-cook light. There is a latch mechanism to keep the heavy-duty doors safely shut when the oven is not being used for loading and unloading food items. The adjustable stainless steel legs are 6” long, providing users an option of choosing the right working height for themselves. The legs have flanged feet for greater stability and support.

A 120V electrical connection is needed to power the blower and controls.
