The Central Restaurant CK-2 Electric Countertop Pizza Oven features a stainless steel exterior that resists corrosion and abrasion. With its incredibly fast heating capabilities, the oven can bake regular or thin crust frozen pizzas in less than 15 minutes. Its clever technology integrates upper and lower heating elements for even and more consistent heating throughout the oven, which also enhances the texture and appearance of the pizza. The generously spaced rack can accommodate a pizza up to 12" in diameter and 2-1/2" in height.
This Electric Countertop Pizza Oven comes with a pre-set thermostat at +450°F. A 30 minute on/off timer eliminates the need of any guesswork during the preparation process. The unit comes complete with a removable crumb tray. A cool-to-touch handle at the center allows for easy handling. The unit comes pre-corded and with a plug included.
