It is made of virtually unbreakable polycarbonate material that will not dent, crack, or bend. The non-stick interior of the container helps increase yields and ensure easy cleaning. This container can withstand temperatures between -40F and 210F. It is available in clear and black color variants and has a 1/2" flange that ensures the right fit in prep tables and food bars. It has both standard and metric graduation markings for accurate measuring. Like other Camwear pans, the Cambro Cold Food Pan can be easily stacked without sticking or wedging. The Food Pan Seal Cover is 1⁄6 Size and measures 615⁄16"L x 63⁄8"W and the polypropylene material is safe for use in temperatures -40F to 160F (-4°C to 70°C). Translucent in color. NSF Listed.
