The APW Wyott HFW-3D is a drop-in food well designed to keep the dishes hot and ready to serve at safe food temperatures. Ideal for use in buffets, banquets, and catered events, this heavy-duty unit features (3) 6-1/4"H wells and can be installed in wooden or metal countertops and tables. Each well comes equipped with individual tubular heating element to ensure uniform heating. The fully insulated wells are controlled by remote infinite controls for precise temperature adjustment. The food well includes drains and manifolds to ensure quick discharge of excess water after use. The unit has a deep drawn 20-gauge, type 304 stainless steel well design and 20-gauge aluminized outer housing with insulated sides and bottom. br/>
