ADA – Policy Statement

Central Restaurant Products is dedicated to providing the best purchasing experiences regardless of each customer’s physical abilities or disabilities.  Toward this goal, and in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) signed into law in 1990, Central Restaurant is dedicated to removing and preventing accessibility issues on its websites.

Central Restaurant is also committed to making accommodations for applicants with disabilities during the recruitment process.  We strive to ensure that every employee receives fair and equitable treatment with respect to employment, including accommodations for disabilities up to the point of undue employer hardship as outlined in the ADA and its subsequent revisions.

Website Compliance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for website designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It entails three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. 

At this time the website centralrestaurant.com is partially conformant with the WCAG 2.0 level AA standard. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.  Central Restaurant is working on making its websites fully conform to the aforementioned standard.
