Easily cook for a crowd without sacrificing a large amount of kitchen space with the double deck Vulcan VC55E convection oven! The oven is a double deck, electric model that features solid state temperature controls for simple operation. A 60 minute timer has an audible alarm that can be heard over loud kitchens.The stainless steel front, sides, and top are durable to withstand the abuse of daily use while the oven's porcelain enamel interior retains heat on the inside. Five nickel-plated grab and go oven racks are included per deck with eleven rack positions each. Independently operated stainless steel doors with double pane windows are removable for easy cleaning and dishwasher safe. An oven cool switch allows for rapid cool down. The Vulcan VC55E is furnished with a 1⁄2 HP two speed fan. Its moisture vent helps remove moisture caused by frozen foods from the cooking chamber. It is NSF and UL listed.
