Product Details

The Vulcan VC3E Electric Convection Oven is a single-deck unit meant for commercial kitchen cooking. The durable stainless steel construction of the sides, front, back, and doors ensure maximum resistance from corrosion. Its porcelain enamel interior is fitted with two lights which allow users to monitor the food while it is being cooked, without having to open the doors. Fitted with a solid-state highly-efficient thermostat, the unit generates 43,000 BTU of heating power. There is a 60-minute timer for precise and simple control of cooking operations. The unit offers a temperature range from 150°F to 500°F, making it suitable for cooking a variety of food items.

VC3E has five chrome-plated Grab-n-Go racks that can be fitted in 11 different positions. The 1/2 HP two-speed fan motor efficiently recirculates heated air to aid faster and even cooking while the Cool Down switch facilitates faster cooling, ensuring improved productivity and efficiency. The door frames encase two dual pane thermal glass windows to help reduce energy consumption and prevent the outer glass from becoming excessively hot. The windows can be easily removed for cleaning and are dishwasher safe. With an independently operating design, the doors can be opened one at a time to load and unload food items, thereby reducing power consumption.

Height of this convection oven can be adjusted to get a comfortable working position, thanks to the four 23-3/4" stainless steel legs that come included. The unit requires a 240V, 3 phase electrical connection to operate and can be easily field converted to 1 phase. It is NSF and UL listed for sanitation, which makes it suitable to be used in commercial kitchens.
