It is made with heavy duty, stainless steel construction to withstand the toughest kitchens. The smoke base features a stainless steel crumb and grease tray with a stainless wood platform. The stainless wood platform accommodates wood chips, blocks or logs. The base is designed to save you space by being placed on top of an equipment stand or refrigerated base.
