Temperature adjusts from +200° to +550°F. For heavy product loads after +550°F. One pilot safety for every two burners will completely shut off gas to pilot and burner if pilot extinguishes. Stainless steel front, sides, grease drawer and 4" top front ledge. Stainless and aluminized steel body frame. Six quart grease drawer measures 61/2"H. 24"Wx311/2"Dx151/2"H, including 4" legs. Natural or LP gas. 54,000 BTU. 2 "U" shaped aluminized steel burners. 285 lbs.
