Planetary Pizza Mixer has a heavy-gauge, welded, rolled steel plate frame. Top cover, splash apron, planetary head cap, bowls and bayonet shaft are all constructed of stainless steel. All other surfaces have a durable powder coated finish. Variable speed V-belt transmission with spring loaded movable pulleys for automatically adjustment of the tension of the V-belt. Permanent grease lubrication prevents oil leakage into bowl. Lip seal on planetary head keeps dust and water out. Mixer automatically stops when the bowl is lowered. Features a 15 minute electrical timer with hold feature. 21"Wx36"Dx475/8"H. 3 HP. 525 lbs.
