Value Series 69K-699 Refrigerated Equipment Stand provides you with a spacious area to hold and store cold food items and ingredients so that they are always close to you whenever needed. This 74"W chef base not only makes a great unit for storage but also equipment placement stand to utilize limited kitchen space at a great price. This equipment stand features a heavy-duty countertop with 300 lb. capacity per sq. ft. Its stainless steel texture provides reliable and strong performance for years to come. The urethane insulated top, doors, and sides of this chef base model minimize heat transfer inside cabinet and provide you with sufficient area for equipment like charbroilers, fryers, and griddles. Its complete margin edge prevents spills and drips to maintain a safe and clean working space. This refrigerated equipment stand features four (4) drawers with recessed handles to access it continuously without the risk of damage. Each drawer comes with one (1) two-third and one (1) half-long size pan to accommodate different ingredients comfortably.
Value Series' Equipment Stand promises uniform distribution of air throughout the cabinets with its forced air refrigeration and cooling system. It holds temperature at 33°F to 41°F using 1/2 hp compressor and eco-friendly R134A refrigerant. This temperature can be monitored with the help of a thermometer mounted externally on the unit. An automatic defrost system featured in the model melts any ice build-up on the food and keeps them fresh for longer period of time. The stand comes with 5" casters allowing easy cleaning and movement throughout the kitchen. This unit requires 120V electrical connection and comes with 9.8' cord and plug for easy installation.
