Product Details

The True TSSU-60-16-HC is a sandwich and salad prep table with two doors and 15.5 Cu. Ft. storage capacity. The exterior of the prep table is constructed of a durable, easy to clean stainless steel front, top and ends with a matching aluminum finished back. The interior is constructed of an attractive, NSF approved aluminum liner and a stainless steel floor with coved corners. Each refrigerated section contains two adjustable, heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves. The unit comes with a full length removable 11-3/4" deep cutting board, a refrigerated pan rail and (16) clear polycarbonate insert pans with foam insulated lids. The entire cabinet structure contains high density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to ensure that a consistent temperature from 33°F to 41°F is maintained.
