The True TRCB-52-60 is a refrigerated chef base designed for a powerful and reliable performance. This equipment stand maximizes back-of-house storage space at the restaurants, hotels, cafeterias, and similar commercial setups. The reinforced top of this unit can hold up to 717 lbs weight. This top with "V" edges is drip- and spill-resistant. The chef base includes (2) stainless steel drawers with heavy-duty slides and rollers for convenient use. Each drawer can accommodate up to (3) full, half, or third-size pans to organize and refrigerate a variety of food items. These drawers feature removable magnetic gaskets for easy cleaning.

This refrigerated equipment stand boasts an oversized, 1/3 HP refrigeration system with optimum airflow for consistency in temperature. This air-cooled refrigeration is designed to fit the base perfectly against a wall. It does not need floor drains or plumbing for water discharge. The unit holds temperature between 33°F and 38°F for food safety. The digital thermometer allows the users to monitor and regulate the temperature for maximum efficiency.

The refrigerated chef base exterior has stainless steel top, front, and sides with matching aluminum back for strength and durability. The interior is made of attractive aluminum liner with stainless steel floor and coved corners that prevent dirt and dust from sticking and ensures easy cleaning. The unit is insulated with polyurethane to resist heat transfer in the cabinet interior.

The True refrigerated base includes a 7 ft cord and NEMA 5-15P plug set for quick installation. It requires a 115V, 6 Hz, 1-phase electrical connection for a smooth workflow. The 4" swivel casters with locks on the front set allow smooth maneuverability across the kitchen for easy cleaning and service.
