The Star 736TA is an Ultra-Max Heavy Duty Griddle. The Griddle is an electric, countertop model with a 36"W x 24"D cooking surface that is constructed of 1" thick polished griddle plate. The 150°F to 450°F snap-action thermostat makes it easy to control cooking temperatures to create your signature recipes. Elements every 12" are 4350 watts and each have their own heavy duty metal control knobs.
