Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is this booth manufactured in the United States?

    • Yes! This booth is made in the U.S.A.
  • I like this booth, but I'm looking for something a little different, or maybe a different size. Is that possible?

    • Yes! Walsh and Simmons offers a variety of different booth and sofa styles, and because they're a custom manufacturer right here in the U.S., they can work with you to create the perfect seating for your establishment.
  • What is a crumb strip?

    • A crumb strip is a gap of about 1-1/2 inches between the booth back and the seat. It is upholstered in the same vinyl as the booth seat, and its purpose is to allow for very easy cleanup of crumbs and other debris that gather at the back of the seat.
  • What is the difference in grades of vinyl?

    • Very often, an upholstery manufacturer's grades signify quality or price. The higher the grade, the more expensive the upholstery will be. However, at Central we source upholstery options from a variety of sources, so our grade names and numbers do NOT correspond to the manufacturers'. For questions about upholstery quality, or for help in selecting the right option for your location, be sure to ask a Central Product Consultant via phone, email or chat.
