The Central Exclusive 69K-011HC comes with a 9"D reversible cutting board that is removable for cleaning. This sandwich prep table has two hinged doors which gives you storage space for refilling ingredients. Two heavy duty epoxy-coated shelves are included. This shelves are adjustable, and allow for easy access and minimal maintenance without disrupting airflow throughout the unit.
