Electronic, solid state temperature control allows unit to maintain precise temperatures. Hood is designed for easy removal without tools for cleaning. Split lid design on longer units. Cover is insulated to prevent condensation on the outside when closed. Unit's 1 door is self-close past 90° and stay open for convenient access at 120°.
