The Rational SCCWE101E SelfCooking Center makes the life of every restaurant chef easy by preparing everything on its own. The single door equipment has the capacity to easily accommodate (10) 12"x20" full-size pans or (10) 13"x18" half-size pans. This SelfCooking Center comes with an electrically-heated table device to cook anything and everything on its own. The iCooking Control system with 7 different modes makes the preparation of eggs, desserts, fish, meat, and poultry effortless. Heat, steam, or do both at the same time in this SelfCooking Center by using its Combi-Steam mode while maintaining the temperature from 85°F to 265°F. To ensure even cooking, this equipment's HiDrensity Control system provides with high steam saturation and dynamic air combination. CareControl system evaluates the amount of soiling deposited inside the system and works towards removing the same on its own.
Rational's SelfCooking Center features an interior LED lighting for improving visibility and saving energy. Its ventilated triple-pane cabinet door with heat-reflecting coating helps in cleaning the unit easily. The USB port and integral ethernet system of this cooking center give you the ability to feed-in the right recipe and just wait till it produces delicious results. There are 1,200 independent cooking programs combined with 12 transferable steps that can be fed to the center through USB. To keep the SelfCooking Center safe from grease and food debris, it comes with an integrated grease extraction system. At the end of the cooking process of this unit, user can check the cooking chamber's climate or even review or change the cooking options through a digital support system equipped at the front.
